When placing a pre-order, you are paying for half of the price of your shoes in advance. This allows you to be the first to receive these designs in your size. Designs will be added throughout the year and whilst the shoes are being manufactured, you will have the option to pre-order. Completing this option gives you more than your usual purchase. By securing your shoes early you get a personalised letter from me, some shoe accessories and a discount for your next pair of shoes.
Takes 1 - 5 working days after sending. We will always send using Evri or Royal Mail. This will be tracked. Shipping is free for order over £80, under this it will be £2.50.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will sort out a return for you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
